When I got word I would be teaching Team Building Skills to a group of Frat Boys, I definitely had some preconceived notion of freshman-hazing, bar-crawling, beer-pong-playing young men that wouldn’t have the slightest care for another person unless it involved hazing or a weekend binge fest. However, that is not what I saw today; instead, I experienced a group of guys that were deliberately organized and looked out for each other while enjoying each other’s company and camaraderie. I had a great time leading this group because I learned something - not to have preconceived ideas.
